Field Notes on Seeing diverges from a stationary understanding of seeing, seeking to combine tactile mediums to produce a unique relationship between spectator and viewer. It is also a play on temporality where the present is the field as a continuous event, and the potential of seeing marks the future.

This body of work is also a revelation of the psyche and how one navigates self-doubt. Here, the ‘field’ transforms into a metaphorical mirror which one upholds to their younger self to measure their journey. The ‘notes’ then become an entry point into a vulnerable mindscape where both hope and a looming sense of despair hang in balance.
